Editing workflow

Editing happens inside the same monthly cycle that produces the show's clips and shorts, it is not a separate queue that delays release.

A raw recording is cut for pacing, noise, and clarity first, then the same session is mined for the clips, shorts, blog post, and newsletter that come out of every episode. One edit pass feeds every downstream asset instead of each one being produced from scratch.

New shows need extra setup

A brand-new feed carries production requirements an established show does not: cover art, a trailer, and a first batch of episodes built before the public release.

Do I need podcasting experience?
No. We prep every conversation, coach the recording, and handle everything from editing to publishing. If you can talk about your work with a colleague, you can do this.

What equipment do I need?
Very little. A phone camera, a basic microphone, and a light, under $150 total, is genuinely enough to start. We will recommend exactly what to buy if you want to invest further.

How much of my time does production take?
About three hours a month of recording, plus quick approvals. We handle prep, editing, publishing, and show notes.

Is production available without guest booking?
Yes, editing-only engagements run $100 to $500 per episode for shows that already handle their own guest booking.
